At this stage, the resources focus mainly on continence management, including bladder and bowel care, clean intermittent catheterization, self-care, hygiene, independence, and understanding how continence management supports health, dignity, education, social participation, and quality of life.
The aim of this section is to provide accessible, practical, and empowering information that helps people with spina bifida and hydrocephalus better understand their own care, develop self-management skills, ask informed questions, and participate more actively in decisions about their health and daily life.
